Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $300 non-refundable deposit at close of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 to 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods
Cash in person, certified check, Bank to Bank, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information: (972)620-2220.

Fees and Taxes
ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO $150 AUCTION/TRANSACTION FEE AND INVENTORY TAX OF $2.48 PER THOUSAND.IN-STATE BUYERS MUST ALSO PAY SALES TAX AND REGISTRATION FEES. OUT-OF-STATE BUYERS MAY REGISTER AND PAY APPLICABLE TAXES IN THEIR HOME STATE.
IN-STATE buyers must also pay sales tax and registration fees.
OUT-OF-STATE buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as, title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Warranty
AUCTION VEHICLES ARE PRE-OWNED AND ARE SOLD IN
AS-IS CONDITION. WE ARE NOW OFFERING 3 MONTHS, UNLIMITED MILEAGE WARRANTY ON ALL OUR CARS. HOWEVER, SOME VEHICLES MAY
STILL BE COVERED UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY OR AN EXTENDED
WARRANTY MAY BE PURCHASED. ASK FOR DETAILS
Vehicle Inspection
Buyers who desire to inspect a vehicle must do so before end of the auction at buyers cost. AUTO CRITIC is a pre buy inspection service in the Dallas area.
